Our Gin

Stirling Gin is a Scottish spirit created with a gin drinker’s palate in mind. Our spirit has a fresh, green nose quickly followed by a hit of citrus peel. The first taste of this unique gin gives way to bold spicy flavours. These are combined with the herbaceous notes of basil and the king of our botanicals – wild Stirlingshire nettles. To enjoy Stirling Gin’s smooth, lingering finish simply pour over ice and add a final touch of orange peel. Perfect!

All our award-winning craft gins are created in our distillery at the foot of Stirling Castle. Our original Stirling Gin forms the base to all our Scottish gins. Battle Strength sits at 55% and is inspired by the famous battle of Stirling Bridge. Our range of products include the characterful Folklore Collection gin liqueurs, based on the dark and mysterious tales of the Green Lady ghost, the murderous Red Cap goblin and our Pink Lady gin. Our Tropical Triumph liqueur won a bronze medal at the Scottish Gin Awards. Distilled with beautiful tropical flavours of mango, passion fruit, pineapple and lime – this is the perfect liqueur for a delicious summer drink.
