Description
Bottled at between 24% and 28%, our Red Cap Liqueur uses Stirling Gin as its base – the gin is macerated with locally-sourced raspberries for up to ten days before being hand-pressed and bottled with just a touch of sugar. The result is an incredibly fresh and fruity liqueur with a bold raspberry palate and smooth gin finish.
Our recommended serves are either over ice or as a dash in your favourite fizz with a fresh raspberry to garnish.
