Winter Gin Cocktail

We’ve got the perfect cocktail to try with our winter gin on colder, darker evenings. It’s a tasty festive drink that allows the gin to shine through. The recipe requires just three simple ingredients:

50ml winter gin

25ml lemon juice

25ml festive red wine syrup

To make the syrup, use any fruity red wine (one that is , add to a saucepan and add half the weight of sugar, a few cloves and some fresh diced ginger. Heat up until the sugar is dissolved and the liquid has reduced by around half, then strain into a bottle and allow to cool. (We made the red wine syrup at the distillery and it smelt amazing!)
