Below the castle, above the ordinary
Stirling Distillery is set in the historic Old Smiddy at 9 Lower Castlehill, Stirling, just below Stirling Castle. From this 1888 building on the castle rock, the distillery gives visitors a chance to step straight from one of Scotland’s best-known landmarks into a place that feels smaller, more local, and distinctly Stirling.
