Spiced Winter Punch

A glass of the Spiced Winter Punch is guaranteed to warm even the coldest of Stirling’s nights. This can be made in advance and warmed up just before serving – ideal for festive parties and gatherings! Serves approximately 15 cocktails.

  • 700 ml Stirling Gin
  • 1 Litre Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 1 Litre Lemon Juice
  • 1 Litre Ginger Beer
  • 1 Litre Mulled Syrup
  1. *For the Mulled Syrup* In a saucepan dissolve 1kg sugar in 1 litre of water. Once fully dissolved, add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cloves, 6 star anise and a small piece of ginger. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes, or until all the spices have infused into the syrup. Leave to cool before using.
    Add all ingredients apart from the gin to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before adding the gin. Garnish with an orange slice and serve warm.
