The legend in the bottle

She hunted the Highlands after dark.

The Baobhan Sith is one of Scotland's oldest pieces of folklore. A beautiful woman in a long green dress who appeared to travellers by firelight in the glens, then showed her true nature before the night was out. The white clad vampire of the Highlands. Feared, remembered, and never quite explained.

We built this rum around her. Orange peel and rich spiced fruit cake up front, then a warm chilli and bright orange zest finish that lingers like the story. There is fire in it, but no burn. It is smooth enough to drink neat and confident enough to carry a cocktail.

We make it ourselves in Stirling, in sight of the castle. This is our own spirit, our own recipe, poured the way we want it drunk.
