Most discerning drinkers (gin aficionados or not) will have stumbled across a Bramble at one point or another. This drink originated in 2001 and has firmly established itself as a ‘classic’ on many a bar menu. The addition of our Green Lady liqueur adds a different twist, bringing fresh mint to the mix.
- 60ml Stirling Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Green Lady Liqueur
- Blackberry
- Fresh mint
- Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass packed with crushed ice and drizzle the Green Lady Liqueur over the drink. Garnish with a blackberry and sprig of mint.
