Made by hand at Scotland's smallest whisky distillery, right under Stirling Castle.

Delivery, returns and age verification

Delivery. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order before 4pm on a shipping day and your order is dispatched that day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £60, and a flat £3.95 below that. Need it sooner? Express delivery is available at checkout for £5.

Returns. Changed your mind? Return unopened bottles within 30 days for a refund. If a bottle is damaged in transit, send us a photo and we will replace it straight away.

Age verification. We sell only to over 18s. An adult signature is required on delivery, so please ship to an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

The story

Our new make spirit, straight off the still at 63.5% ABV. It drinks far smoother than the strength suggests, with hints of Italian grappa, apple strudel, soft caramel, and condensed milk. Grab a bottle before this batch goes into cask to mature.

Award winning: our new make spirit was named Best Scottish New Make Spirit at the World Whisky Awards 2025, and it is the first spirit distilled in Stirling in over 170 years.

I would like to say I enjoyed it but the taste of what I would call liquorice, marzipan and sweet burt toffee was slightly off for me. But for a new whisky there's always going to be ups and downs in perfecting a taste of a new whisky for everyone.
