Stirling Whisky
The first whisky on the Castle Rock in over 170 years.
Our own single malt is quietly maturing. While it rests, we hand-pick exceptional Scottish casks and release them under one name: Sons of Scotland.
Why Sons of Scotland
Great whisky can't be rushed. So we didn't wait to share it.
When we fired up the stills beneath Stirling Castle, we laid down our own single malt and set it aside to mature. Whisky like that takes years, not months, and we weren't about to hurry it.
But we wanted to share a dram with you now. So we went looking, cask by cask, for the finest whisky Scotland's great distilleries had quietly tucked away, and bottled it under a name that means something to us: Sons of Scotland. Independent bottlings, chosen by hand, held to the same standard as the spirit we make ourselves.
Every release is a step on the road to 2027, when the first drops of Stirling's own single malt are finally ready. This is how the story begins.
