Wild Stirlingshire nettles, a hand-dipped wax seal, and a character built for people who care what's actually in their glass. This is Stirling's flagship, and it tastes like the place it came from.
Distilled at the Old Smiddy, a 19th-century blacksmith's workshop at the foot of Stirling Castle. Every batch uses hand-foraged nettles unique to the Stirlingshire landscape, a botanical that gives this gin a flavour that can't be replicated anywhere else in the world.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Fresh juniper, wild nettle, bright citrus
- Palate: Herbal, slightly sweet, beautifully balanced
- Finish: Clean and long, with a gentle nettle warmth
