If the flagship gin is Stirling's handshake, the Pink Gin is its smile. Rose petals, pink peppercorn, and pink grapefruit create a spirit that's refreshing without being frivolous, and complex enough to keep you coming back.
Made with 12 botanicals at the Old Smiddy distillery at the foot of Stirling Castle. Part of the Folklore Collection, a range inspired by the stories, myths, and legends that make Stirling one of Scotland's most storied cities. The glass is sealed with a hand-dipped wax seal in signature Stirling pink.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Rose, pink grapefruit, light floral
- Palate: Fresh, fruity, softly spiced with pink peppercorn
- Finish: Warm peppercorn fade, clean and long
