Scotland's smallest whisky distillery, making history in Stirling
We work from the Old Smiddy at the foot of Stirling Castle, a working building dating back to 1888, and Scotland's smallest whisky distillery.
On 27 November 2023 we filled our first whisky cask, beginning something that hadn't happened in the city since 1852. The spirit is maturing now, with its first release projected for 2027.
