The first Stirling whisky in 170 years.
Stirling last had a legal whisky distillery in 1852. For over 170 years, no whisky was made in the city. Stirling Distillery — Scotland’s smallest whisky distillery — filled its first cask on 27 November 2023 at the Old Smiddy at the foot of Stirling Castle.
The whisky is now maturing and is projected for release in 2027. Owning a cask means owning a piece of that story — with a certificate and documentation to prove it.
