Three ways to taste what we make, right where we make it — £15 each, no booking, just pop in when you're passing.
How it works
No booking. Just turn up.
Our mini tastings run through the day at the Old Smiddy, below Stirling Castle. Walk in, grab a spot at the bar and let us pour.
Drop in any time
Open Monday–Saturday 11am–5pm and Sunday 12–5pm. No appointment required.
Pick your tasting
Gin, whisky or rum — three curated flights, each just £15. Taste one or try them all.
Take a bottle home
Found a favourite? The shop's right here, so you can pick up the exact bottle you tasted.
