Survivor Story Giveaway, Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Back to School Survivor Set "Survivor Story" giveaway run by Stirling Distillery. By entering, you accept these terms in full.

1. The promoter

The promoter is Stirling Distillery Ltd (registered in Scotland, company number SC593513), 9 Lower Castlehill, Stirling, FK8 1EN. Contact: hello@stirlingdistillery.com or 01786 596496.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  • Not open to employees of the promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • By entering, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. How to enter

Free to enter. No purchase necessary. To enter, on Instagram or Facebook:

  • Follow Stirling Distillery,
  • Share your summer survival story (comment on the giveaway post, or post to your story and tag us), and
  • Tag two other people.

One entry per person. Entries that do not complete all three steps are not valid. Entries made through agents, third parties, or in bulk, and anything generated by a script or bot, will not be accepted. Buying the Survivor Set does not increase your chance of winning and is not required to enter.

4. Entry period

The giveaway opens at 00:01 on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 23 August 2026 (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

5. The prizes

There are three prizes, one per winner:

  • First prize: The Great Escape, being the Survivor Set plus a distillery tour and tasting for two people.
  • Second prize: The Survivor Set.
  • Third prize: The Taster.

The tour and tasting is for over 18s only, subject to availability, to be booked in advance and redeemed within 12 months of the announcement date. Prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if it has to.

6. Choosing the winners

Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The draw is final.

7. Notifying the winners

Winners will be contacted by direct message on the platform they entered on, and announced publicly on Monday 24 August 2026. A winner must respond to claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, the promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

8. Delivery of the prize

Prizes are for UK delivery or collection only, arranged with each winner after the announcement.

9. Your information

Entrant details are used only to run the giveaway and contact the winners, and are not sold or shared. Any newsletter sign up offered alongside the giveaway is optional and is not a condition of entry.

10. Instagram and Facebook

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Stirling Distillery, not to those platforms.

11. Drink responsibly

A prize includes alcohol, so the giveaway is open to over 18s only. Please drink responsibly. Drinkaware.co.uk.

12. General

The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway or these terms where reasonably necessary. By entering, you accept these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
