Stirling Distillery Unveils Castle Rock Whisky Liqueur
Stirling, Scotland – 25th November 2025. Stirling Distillery is proud to announce the launch of its Castle Rock Whisky Liqueur, a flavourful new addition to its Sons of Scotland independent whisky range, bottled in the heart of Stirling.
Crafted to offer an approachable and versatile serve, the new liqueur has been developed in response to growing customer demand. While Stirling Distillery does not suggest adding mixers or flavourings to its single malt independent whisky range, the team recognised the importance of offering an alternative for drinkers who enjoy whisky cocktails or prefer a lighter, sweeter finish. The result is a product designed to broaden the distillery’s appeal without compromising its single malt philosophy.
At 30% ABV, Castle Rock Whisky Liqueur combines smooth Scotch whisky with a carefully balanced blend of honey, vanilla, orange, cinnamon, ginger, lime, and blackcurrants. The result is a rich, warming liqueur with layers of sweetness and spice - a true taste of Stirling’s spirit.
Perfect served neat over ice, lengthened with ginger ale, or stirred into winter and summer cocktails, the liqueur is set to become a new staple for visitors to the distillery and fans further afield.
