Delivery, returns and age verification
Delivery. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order before 4pm on a shipping day and your order is dispatched that day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £60, and a flat £3.95 below that. Need it sooner? Express delivery is available at checkout for £5.
Returns. Changed your mind? Return unopened bottles within 30 days for a refund. If a bottle is damaged in transit, send us a photo and we will replace it straight away.
Age verification. We sell only to over 18s. An adult signature is required on delivery, so please ship to an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
The story
Our award winning apple infused Winter Gin. Steeped in apples from June and Cameron's garden, this warming drink is made for cosying in when the long dark nights arrive.
Featuring the beast of Stirling, the wolf. According to folklore, when we were under attack from the Vikings, the wolves would howl to alert the folks of Stirling in time to save the town.
On the nose you get a full hit of warming spices, allspice at the forefront rolling through cinnamon, ginger and orange. As you taste it you get an instant hit of apple strudel that warms you through, finishing with a rounding creaminess enhanced by milk thistle and rhubarb root.

Winter Gin Cocktail
Warming and fruity, built for the colder months.
- 50ml Stirling Winter Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml festive red wine syrup
- Shake with ice, strain over ice
Spiced Winter Punch
A warm sharing punch for a crowd. Add the gin off the heat so it keeps its lift.
- 700ml Stirling Winter Gin (serves about 15)
- 1L warm cloudy apple juice
- 1L ginger beer
- Mulled syrup, to taste
- Add the gin off the heat, serve warm
