Stirling Distillery

Sons of Scotland

Numbered single cask Scotch, chosen and bottled by us under Stirling Castle.

While our own single malt matures for 2027, we travel Scotland choosing single casks and bottle them here in Stirling. We do not distil these. Each cask is a few hundred bottles at most, hand numbered, and when it is gone it is gone.

How it works

How a cask becomes a bottle

1

We taste.

Dozens of casks a year across Scotland. Most we walk past.

2

We buy the whole cask.

Never a share, never a blend.

3

We bottle it here.

Cask strength or close to it, no colouring, no chill filtering, hand numbered.

Questions

Do you distil these whiskies?

No. We choose and bottle single casks from other Scottish distilleries. Our own single malt matures for 2027.

What does one of 113 mean?

The whole cask gave 113 bottles. Each is hand numbered. There will never be more.

Why 50%?

Close to cask strength so you taste the cask, not water. Add your own if you like.

Can I pick my own cask?

Yes, for trade and for private buyers. Read about cask ownership.

How fast do you ship?

Dispatch Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. UK only.

18+ only. Please drink responsibly.
