The King James Cask Club

A limited edition six bottle set, with one bottle individually flavoured by each of six different cask finishes. Only 300 sets, released bi-annually from 2027.

Six casks, six finishes

Each bottle is finished in a different cask, so the rich flavours of the barrel infuse our new make spirit. The set is laid down in a traditional dunnage warehouse in sight of Stirling Castle, to keep temperature variation between the seasons to a minimum.

Bourbon Sherry Port Rum Wine Madeira

The story

Named in honour of King James VI, who was said to have stabled his horses on the land the distillery is built on. The bottles are released bi-annually from 2027, beginning with the sherry and bourbon finished whisky.
