Made by hand at Scotland's smallest whisky distillery, right under Stirling Castle.

Delivery, returns and age verification

Delivery. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order before 4pm on a shipping day and your order is dispatched that day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £60, and a flat £3.95 below that. Need it sooner? Express delivery is available at checkout for £5.

Returns. Changed your mind? Return unopened bottles within 30 days for a refund. If a bottle is damaged in transit, send us a photo and we will replace it straight away.

Age verification. We sell only to over 18s. An adult signature is required on delivery, so please ship to an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

Stirling Spiced Rum

Inspired by the Scottish legend of the Baobhan Sith, this spiced rum captures her allure and untamed spirit. With notes of orange peel and rich spiced fruit cake, followed by a warm chilli and bright orange zest finish, it delivers a fiery echo, just like the vampiress' fateful encounters.

Serving suggestions:
Enjoy over ice with ginger beer or ginger ale to enhance the rum's natural spice and warmth. For a fruit led serve, mix with pineapple juice for a vibrant twist, or apple juice for a softer, warming serve that's perfect for colder nights.

Stirling Spiced Rum

Before I tried this , I wasn't really a spiced rum drinker. But I was intrigued. Oh my word! I am 100% converted now. It's absolutely beautiful, easy to drink it's so smooth I had mine neat, very citrusy with a hint of chili. There's fire in its belly but there was no alcohol burn. Beautifully balanced. Perfect for a barmy summers evening, or a winters night . My only regret was that I didn't buy the large bottle. But that's easily rectified. I thoroughly recommend this rum and it will be on my shopping list from now on
