A new single cask is joining our Sons of Scotland range this autumn, hand-picked from Speyside and bottled by our team here beneath Stirling Castle. It is natural strength at 50%, it is numbered, and it exists in tiny numbers. Only 113 bottles were filled, and when the cask is empty this whisky is finished for good.

Glenlossie 15: bright, sweet and summery
A 15 year old Speyside single malt from a single new wood hogshead, bottled at 50%. This is a lighter, livelier style of whisky, and it is rare: only 113 bottles exist, each individually numbered 1 of 113.
It opens on fresh cut straw with a hint of green apple. The palate turns sweet, all sherbet and lemon drop sweets, before a bright citrus burst carries the finish. If you like your whisky lively and refreshing, this is the one.

What a single cask really means
An independent bottler does not distil the whisky. We select an outstanding individual cask from another Scottish distillery, then bottle it under our own name. Because this release comes from one cask and one cask only, there is no blending, no topping up and no second run. What you taste is exactly what that cask gave, at natural strength, and when it is gone there is no more. That is why every bottle is numbered.

No. It is distilled in Speyside and was hand-selected and bottled by our team in Stirling as part of our Sons of Scotland independent bottling range. Our own single malt is maturing separately, with a first release projected for 2027.
