At 55% ABV, Battle Strength doesn't apologise for what it is. A bold, juniper-forward gin that carries the weight of Scotland's most famous turning point in every sip. The kind of drink you reach for when the occasion deserves it.
Named for the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297 — where William Wallace turned the tide of Scottish history. Distilled at the Old Smiddy at the foot of Stirling Castle. A gin that hits hard and holds its own, whether you take it neat, over ice, or as the backbone of something serious.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Big juniper, cracked black pepper, citrus zest
- Palate: Spice-forward, warming, bold
- Finish: Long and peppery, clean juniper fade
How to Serve
With a splash of Fever-Tree Naturally Light Tonic to open it up, or on the rocks neat. Add a few drops of water if you want the botanicals to breathe.

Shipping Costs
We offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £3.95 with a delivery time of 2-4 working days.
We also offer an express delivery option for £5 with a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
We also offer free shipping for orders over £60 (standard shipping time).
Shipping Time
Once shipped our products usually arrive within 3-5 working days . For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer.
Some whisky orders can vary in delivery time dependent on the availability of the cask. Please check the product page for information on each product.

We will send a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes, we offer in store pick up from our distillery. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. This is usually within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once you return your items and they are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged in any way we require video evidence of damaged items to process any refunds or exchanges of damaged items.
Once we have received video evidence of the damaged item and we can verify the item was damaged due to our error, we can then start the refund process as laid out above.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the website email address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should follow instructions received after emailing us via the website.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
